Baseball @ Jefferson

On Tuesday, May 1, the Brodhead-Juda Varsity baseball team travelled to Jefferson, WI to play a double-header against the Jefferson Eagles. I interviewed a couple players to get their insight on how they thought the game would go.

“It’ll probably go pretty good,” says JV player Andrew Masloske. “As long as people stay focused and determined, then I think that they can win.”

Varsity player Connor Green had conflicting feelings in his prediction for the game’s outcome.

“I think it’ll go pretty good. We’ve been struggling lately,” he says, “But the last couple games that we’ve played we’ve done really well.”

Unfortunately, despite the players positive outlook, the Brodhead-Juda Cardinals lost both games in the double-header on Tuesday with final scores of 12-2 in the first game and 9-4 in the second.
